We are a family run business with over 40 years of experience in the industry and we pride ourselves on our product knowledge and customer service. We have six stores the UK and a busy website. Our excellent product base includes hifi, home cinema, speakers, blue-tooth devices, headphones, TV and accessories.
Management of the store
Demonstrating and selling our fantastic products
Outstanding customer care at all times
Leading, motivating and directing a customer facing team
Reporting trading activity to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director
Ensuring a high standard of visual presentation of the store
Essential skills and attributes:
Must have experience of working within a sales driven environment, working to targets and commission based sales
Exceptional customer service skills and you will be willing to go that extra mile to meet the customers’ needs
Demonstrates a calm and professional manner
Proven team management skills and the passion to take the store to further success
Experience of cashing up and dealing with till queries which requires great attention to detail
Effective communicator who can advise customers and staff
Must have GCSE or equivalent in C grade or above in Maths and English
Desirable skills and attributes:
Knowledge of hi-fi systems, music streaming & home cinema
Reporting to: Regional Store Manager and Sales Director
Location: Derby city centre
Salary: Up to £19,000 basic pa plus uncapped commission based on achievement of targets (minimum commission of £5,250)
Hours of work: Full time, 40 per week, 5 out of 7 days.
