Sometimes products need to be returned or can develop faults. At Superfi, we do our very best to make it as quick and simple as possible

How do I return my unwanted item?
To return an unwanted item, please email us at returns@superfi.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your item, including the following information:
  • Your full name, address, and a daytime telephone number
  • Your Superfi order number (this can be found on the invoice emailed to you at the time of purchase)
  • The reason you wish to return the item (i.e. it's unwanted)
We will then email you with instructions of how to return your item back to us.

For unwanted items, you must inform us of your decision to return the order within 30 working days of receiving the product(s), and return them to us within 14 days of notifying us. The refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the product(s) back.

Please note, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for in-ear headphones if the packaging has been opened.

Please do not return goods until you have received our reply.
What if my product is faulty?
For faulty/damaged items from new, you must inform us with the below information within 30 working days of receiving your item(s).

If you believe your item isn't working as it should, please email us at returns@superfi.co.uk including the following information:
  • Your full name, address, and a daytime telephone number
  • Your Superfi order number (this can be found on the invoice emailed to you at the time of purchase)
  • The reason you wish to return the item (i.e. it's faulty or was damaged in transit)
We will then email you with instructions of how to return your item back to us.
Please do not return goods until you have received our reply.
Do I have to pay postage on my return?
If you are returning an item because it is unwanted, you will have to pay for the delivery. You are able to use a courier of your choice; however, we do recommend you send it to us via a 'signed for' service and insured for your own security.

If you are returning an item that has a fault, or was damaged in transit, you will be sent a FREEPOST label with the instructions of how to return your product.

What do I need to return?
Once you have received instructions to return your item, please include the following:
  • All accessories/leads/power supplies/manuals etc. unless specifically instructed otherwise
  • The original box and packaging where possible
  • If faulty, a covering letter detailing the fault, the circumstances under which it occurs, and how it manifests itself
  • A copy of your purchase receipt (please do not send the original) or your order number, name, and address
  • Your daytime telephone number and return address
  • Any free gift received from your purchase
How do I package my return?
To make sure your product is not damaged in transit please follow these packaging tips (these steps do not affect your right to cancel in any way):
  • Ensure there are no loose accessories that can knock against the casework and cause damage or become damaged
  • The original box and packaging where possible
  • The product is well cushioned, padded, and protected, paying particular attention to corners and edges. The corners of heavier items such as speakers or subwoofers can easily get damaged if knocked or dropped
  • Any spikes or other removable parts that are not fixed when supplied new and may stick out are removed and packed safely prior to wrapping
  • Mains plugs or other hard, sharp items are not placed so as to created dents and/or scratches during transit
If you don't have the original packaging:
  • Protect corners with double layers of cardboard
  • Wrap with at least three layers of bubble wrap or equivalent cushioning
  • Put in the box slightly larger than the item when wrapped, with sufficient further padding to ensure the item will not move around in transit
  • Screwed up newspaper or shredded paper make excellent filler for all those gaps (this stops the box getting pushed in against the item) and more tightly packed bubble wrap/cardboard/Styrofoam on corners, edges and other vulnerable areas will keep things safe
Your parcel has to go through an automated sorting hub, so please follow the above advice to ensure it arrives safely.
How will I get my refund?
We will usually refund in full any money received in the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase. If the item was unwanted, delivery charges for returning the item to us will not be refunded.
Can I organise my return over the phone?
Unfortunately, all return requests need to be made by emailing returns@superfi.co.uk to ensure we have the correct information and can process your return correctly.
