THIS PRODUCT IS A WHAT HIFI 2018 AWARD WINNER!
The Project Primary delivers a high quality turntable for your Hi-Fi separates that is easy to set up and quick to get listening.
Inspired by Project's award-winning Essential II and Elemental turntable ranges, the Project Primary combines an already configured 8.6" sturdy aluminium tonearm with sapphire bearings, pre-mounted Ortofon OM 5E cartridge, and belt-drive from the Elemental whilst inheriting style and balance from the Essential II's MDF plinth, platter, and felt mat.
Removing the need for fiddly adjustments during installation, the pre-configured tonearm and supplied cartridge make the setup of the Project Primary quick and simple. The ultra low mass tonearm is optimised with a pre-adjusted counterweight whilst the cartridge delivers a distortion-free and balanced playback that is helped by the low vibration power supply and special feet for a perfect Hi-Fi sound straight out of the box. Terminated with a gold-plated RCA interconnect cable, after connecting the silicone belt, the Project Primary is ready to plug in to your preferred Moving-Magnet phono stage and begin playing your vinyl.
Available in three matt finishes to suit any Hi-Fi setup and including a dust cover to protect the player, the Project Primary proves you can enjoy great sounding vinyl without a complicated install.
