Conditions of Use


Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which Superfi makes the products available to you ('Product Terms'). You as the customer will transact with Superfi (the Company).

Description of goods

All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. Although we do endeavour to be as precise as possible please note that all images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods, Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites and links are available upon request. The information contained in the material in this site is only for information purposes and it is your responsibility to check and verify the information.

The material on this site does not constitute advice and you should not rely on any material on this site to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action. For item compatibility our advice is always to check directly with the manufacturer in question before going ahead and placing your order.


The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable. The price of the items does include the delivery charge. The standard delivery charge is £9.99 for mainland UK (£15.99 for Northern Ireland). Prices can change and we always bring you the latest prices as quickly as possible. Please note: Items returned unwanted will be subject to a £4.99 charge to cover delivery charges and processing.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications are correct on this website due to continual product development through research & design specifications may change without notice.

Delivery cost outside of the UK will be charged once the order has been received and you will have the right to cancel at this point.

Store price will vary and will not be the same as our website.


All items on our website are in stock within the company (this includes our stores) and may not always be available for Next Day delivery, if you order an item for Next Day delivery and it is not in stock in our Next Day warehouse we will contact you via email to take further instructions, you will have the right to cancel at this point

Special Order items- You will be notified that the item you have ordered is special order and an email conformation will be sent to you. These items cannot be returned if unwanted as we do not carry these in stock.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Amex, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. It is your responsibility to make full payment and supply us with the correct billing and delivery address and errors will delays your order.
We do not or store any financial, personal or credit card information on our data base or share our customer details with 3rd parties.


When assessing your order and managing the credit card transaction, automated decision making systems may be used. By accepting these terms you agree that when making credit decisions we may make identity searches at credit reference agencies, including electoral register information. These searches will be recorded by the credit reference agencies who may disclose that information, and the fact that a credit search was made, to other companies for the purposes of assessing the risk of giving credit, to prevent fraud and to trace debtors.


Next day delivery is available on all orders in Mainland UK only and must be selected as your preferred method of delivery. Orders placed on a Friday for Next Day Delivery will be delivered on the Following Monday.

Our standard delivery is FREE of charge for UK mainland but does have geographical limitations where a surcharge is enforced by our couriers. You will be advised prior to payment at the checkout if this is applicable once you have entered your address details.

Delivery surcharges are applied to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands & islands and Isle of Wight.

Delivery of products (in stock items) will normally be made within 2-3 working days from clearance of payment or you're selected delivery service. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated online but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

On delivery our couriers will deliver the goods unopened, it is your responsibility to check you have received the correct number of items and there is no damage, (if there is you must note this on the delivery and call us immediately) if everything is correct then you will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order.

You agree to check the goods on receipt and inform us of any obvious external cosmetic damage following inspection of the goods. If there is any obvious cosmetic external damage to the goods at the time of delivery then you agree to note these on the delivery paperwork or refuse the delivery.

Where any obvious cosmetic external damage has been noted on your Proof of Delivery this shall not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to our Returns section for information on Non Faulty and Faulty Goods.

Subject to the other provisions of these conditions we shall only be liable for any foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you make the relevant order. Our liability shall not in any event include pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods.

We cannot be held responsible for delays from delivery services, adverse weather, human error or technological errors.

Special promotions have variable delivery times based the products/promotions and can take up-to 2 months.


Once you have placed your order it is not always possible to cancel it as we use automated systems that run during times when the business is closed. Should you wish to cancel your order then you need to call us on 0330 320 5050 and notify us with your intention, there is no guarantee that the order will be cancelled and may still be shipped. Our call centre is not open over the weekend but our warehouse will be.


Rejecting the good at the door will result in extra charges delivery has been charged one way and not return. Rejection cost could be up to £70.00 and you will be charged for this.


Non Faulty Goods

If you decide to return your goods to us we do reserve the right to charge you £9.99 for collection. Refunds can only be made by the same method used for purchase.

If for any reason you need to return an item within 30 days of receiving delivery, register your return via our website

You can only return New and Unused items within 30 days of delivery, if the goods have been opened, used or any seal broken you have not right to a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty.

If you are returning good because you no longer want them you must return the goods in the same condition as received, you must not use the product and you must not damage the packing. If you use the product or damage the packing your right to a refund will be revoked. 

Cost of return will be your responsibility, please use a secure and safe way to return your unwanted items.

Under the terms of the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable no refund will be made. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Zenec products - All Zenec products are 'special order items' and are exempt from standard return terms. Any return requests for Zenec products will at Car Audio Centres discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please ensure you package the product safely and do not stick anything on the Box for the item as this may affect your refund. 

Faulty Goods

Notwithstanding our Delivery condition above If, after the goods have been fitted, you find a fault, we reserve the right to request the following steps are complied with:

  • You provide written notice of the defect to the Company from your account section

If the defect is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you will be contacted via email with the details of where to send your item off for repair with relevant references numbers. In some circumstances the manufacturer may require you to deal directly with their repair agents to ensure that the process is carried out as quickly as possible for you.

Where the manufacturer deems that there is no fault found or your defect is down to customer misuse will be charged a No Fault Found Fee of £35.00.

We hold the right to keep your item(s) until any outstanding charges have been paid.

Use of the Website

Any information found on the Superfi web site is intended for guidance only. The web site and the products described in it are subject to change without notice.

Copyright in the web site, its design, layout, look, appearance and graphics remain our property. The contents of the web site may be downloaded printed or copied for personal use only. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of web sites which are not under our strict control. It is not permitted to create a link to this web site without our prior written consent.

We do not guarantee that the Superfi website will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to the site. We will not be liable for damage to, or viruses that may affect, your computer equipment, software, data or other property as the result of your access to, use of or browsing of this website or your downloading of any materials, data, text or images.


The following provisions set out the entire financial liability of the Company (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents and sub-contractors) to you in respect of:

  • a. any breach of these conditions;
  • b. any use made or resale by you of any of the goods, or of any product incorporating any of the goods; and
  • c. any representation, statement or tortious act or omission including negligence arising under or in connection with the Contract.

All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law (save for the conditions implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979) are to the fullest extent permitted by law excluded from the Contract.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of the Company:

  • a. for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence; or
  • b. under section 2(3), Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
  • c. for any matter which it would be illegal for the Company to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability; or
  • d. for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above clauses:

  • a. the Company's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the Contract shall be limited to the Contract price; and
  • b. we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at a the time you make the relevant order. Our liability shall not in any event include loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure, depletion of goodwill, and loss of privacy or any other claims which arise out of or in connection with the Contract.


These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms and conditions, and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction carried out on this website are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.


Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory qulaity, unfit for purpose or not as discribed, and get a full refund. The right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs ti be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage cost for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of return.
