Bowers and Wilkins' CM9 speakers are stylish high performance free standing speakers. They incorporate technology developed by B & W over several years to give sharp and detailed sound.
They may look conventional compared to some Bowers & Wilkins speakers, but the CM9s still incorporate B&W trademarks such as Kevlar cones for the bass and mid range drivers and "Nautilus" tapered tube enclosure for the tweeter, which reduces errant noise and improves the detail of the speakers' output. The quality of the CM series drivers is such that B&W can use simple crossovers and give a gentle transition between them without having to worry about electronics which might distort the sound.
