The Pioneer A30 Amplifier is built like a rock, sports a stylish design and delivers a detailed, rich and hugely enjoyable sound.
Pioneer's 'Direct Energy Design' and symmetrical construction allow the A30 to deliver an impressively clean sound and with a direct mode too, which disables excessive circuitry such a tone control, the sound is delivered pure and unfettered. For the tweakers there are separate bass and treble, balance and loudness controls, plugs twin independently switchable speaker outputs allowing bi-wired or multi-room setups.
The A30 also features a power-amp direct mode and input, allowing you to use the A30 as a dedicated power amp alongside an external pre-amp or receiver with a pre-out, giving you a potential upgrade path.
A brushed aluminium fascia and polished aluminium control knobs make the A30 a joy both to look at and use, plus there's a handy remote handset which can also control the matching P30 CD/SACD Player and N30 Network Audio Player.
