The award winning Boston Acoustics Soundware XS 5.1 is back, and this SE (special edition) version offers you the same affordable and discreet route to high-quality cinema sound but adds an extra touch of class with a high quality glossy finish and improved cable management. Big sound from a small package. 

The system consists of 5 compact, identical, discreet satellite speakers - stylish enough to compliment any decor. Their unique design means they can be positioned at almost any angle to fit easily into your room without the obtrusion of larger speakers. Included with the speakers are 5 wall brackets, so they can be mounted on your wall (even in corners) - or, you can place them directly on a surface such as a bookshelf. The improved cable management and easy-guide wire channels allow for quick, easy installation and a clutter-free appearance. 

Meanwhile, the subwoofer boasts a 100 watt, 8" driver with BassTrac technology, producing distortion-free, room-filling bass - designed to work perfectly with the tiny satellites. You can even add-on another pair of XS Satellite Speakers to upgrade to a 7.1 system and offer an even fuller surround sound experience (see the accessories tab above). 

So good is the Boston Acoustics Soundware XS 5.1 Home Cinema Speaker System that What HiFi magazine, in their first review of the package, awarded the package five stars, concluding that "the speakers and subwoofer combine to produce a sound that combines subtlety and dynamism to winning effect...It may be XS in size but it's an XL for performance".

1 x ONKYO TXSR313 3D READY HOME CINEMA RECEIVER

The TXSR313 is an affordable yet remarkably high spec entry level home cinema receiver. Now you can enjoy awesome surround sound even if you're on a budget.

With Onkyo's own Wide Range Amplifier Technology (WRAT) the TXSR313 has the sort of fidelity you would expect from more expensive machines. High quality digital to analogue converters keep the sound clean and smooth and the lossless Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio encoding is handled with ease.

Four HDMI inputs mean you can connect multiple sources, including 3D ready Blu-ray players. The v1.4 HDMI connections also support audio return from the television, so broadcasts can sound just as good as everything else.

The TX-SR313 also has AM radio and FM tuning with RDS and Radiotext tuning and a USB slot for playing back content on USB drives and direct digital playback from iPods and iPhones.
