| One-Hour Delivery Slots: |
All our delivery options now include an extra service to make buying from Superfi even easier. On the morning of your delivery, we will send you a text message (as long as you've given us your mobile number) giving you a 1 hour time slot during which your parcels will arrive. No more waiting in all day - just be home for that hour to accept the delivery! Free delivery with the extra convenience of a specified delivery time - now that's something special. Please note this is only available on products over 2kg and unfortunately is not available for Offshore or Scottish Highlands orders. |

| Free delivery: |
We offer you free delivery within the UK mainland*. We typically delivery orders for in stock items within three working days, providing that the payment clears. When your parcel has been despatched, we will send you a confirmation email. This will include your parcel tracking number, and means your delivery will arrive the following weekday. |

| Express delivery: |
We offer an Express delivery service which includes priority despatch of your goods and a 'before midday' courier service. Where items are in stock, and the order clears before 2pm, Express delivery will guarantee your goods arrive with you the very next weekday morning. If your items are out of stock we can't despatch your order that day, but as soon as we have your items they will prioritised and sent immediately. If you need your order in a hurry, or you want to know exactly when to expect our courier, Express delivery is the option for you. Please note the guaranteed delivery applies to credit card orders which have cleared our payment system by 2pm. Orders cleared after 2pm may be despatched the following working day. |

Clicking either button opens a pop-up window to give you the latest stock information on the product you're looking at. This information is taken directly from our internal system of what's on our shelves and is updated several times per hour, please trust it! |

| Dispatch times: |

We typically delivery orders for in stock items within three working days, providing that the payment clears. If you chose Express delivery and your order completes before 2pm, we will guarantee your goods arrive with you the very next weekday morning. Please be aware that if the payment does not go through immediately your delivery may be delayed. Please take care when entering your details. |

If products are out of stock (click the button on product pages, to find out), they are not available for immediate dispatch. We will need to get your item either from one of our eight branches or order it in from the manufacturers. We usually quote between 2 and 10 days as a delivery time for these orders. This is because we are often reliant on the
abilities of our suppliers to deliver your items efficiently. Years of
experience has proved that this level of service can vary greatly, so we feel it best to under-promise, rather than disappoint. |

If we know that a product will be unavailable for an extended time we will try to make that information available in the pop-up window, however please bear in mind that manufacturers may only make us aware of a long delay after you have ordered, if at all. |

We do not normally contact customers if the goods are being
delivered within the typical 2 to 10 day timescales until the order is ready for dispatch. If we know of a greater delay, we
will try to contact you via Email or telephone within ten days of receiving your order. |

| Payment by cheque/bank transfer: |
If paying by cheque or bank transfer, rather than by card, it takes ten working days to process your payment,
prior to dispatch. This is because, even
though banks are now obliged to clear cheques more rapidly, they do not
guarantee payment to us, for several more days. It is sometimes possible that a
product, in stock when the order is placed, sells out before payment is
received. If paying by cheque, we reserve goods upon receipt of your cheque; for
payment by bank transfer we reserve goods once the payment has cleared in our
account. |

Delivery information: |
We make sure you're kept well-informed, so you know when to expect delivery. As well as sending a confirmation email when your order is sent (which includes the courier tracking details for your order), we also send you a text message (if you have given us your mobile number) on the morning of the delivery. If something comes up or you have to be out, simply reply to the message. You even have the option to arrange an evening or weekend delivery (extra charges may apply) direct with your local depot, should you prefer. To benefit from this extra flexibility simply enter your mobile number at the checkout. |

| Saturday delivery: |
We also offer a Saturday delivery service. Saturday delivery of in stock items will be fulfilled the same week, if the order is completed and payment has
cleared before midday on Friday. After midday on Friday, we cannot guarantee
your order will be dispatched and delivery of your items is likely to be deferred to the following
week. |

Orders for out of stock items requiring Saturday delivery will be fulifilled on the first Saturday after your item comes into stock. This will be the Saturday after the typical 2 to 10 days delivery time. |

Currently, our couriers do not offer Saturday delivery of items that weigh
in excess of 30kg, when packed - please bear this in mind if ordering heavier
televisions, speakers or furniture. |

| Order progress: |
You can follow the progress of your order by using our online order-tracking
system - simply log in and select the order you wish to track. Please notify us
if you have not received your order within ten days of receiving your "Order
dispatched" notification. Once dispatched, consignments should arrive within
one working day, however our couriers can take a day or two longer to deliver to
some regions.
Customers living in the following postcode
regions may have to wait up to four working days, from date of dispatch, before
their goods are delivered: G84, HS, IV40-49, KW15-17, PA40-88, ZE1-3, all
offshore islands, Northern Ireland, Eire. *UK mainland excludes Scottish Highlands and Island, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Island. |
