Who are "Superfi"?
Superfi are a trading name of Eddy's (Nottingham) Limited (registered in England
No. 392101). We were incorporated as a Limited Company in 1944, as a retailer of electrical appliances.
Today "Eddy's" operates 8 Superfi branches across the UK.
Do I get a VAT receipt with my order?
We send out a VAT receipt with all purchases, of all values, to all customers.
Do Superfi's prices include
VAT?
Yes, all prices stated on our website include VAT.
Why is my shopping basket/account login not
working?
The most common reason is because "Cookies" aren't enabled on your browser.
These store the details of your order and current visit to Superfi Online on
your computer and must be enabled in your web browser.
Pricing/What's an "RRP"?
On this website, the term "RRP" stands for "Regular Retail Price" and is
calculated based on price information gathered, where available, from
manufacturers' suggested retail prices and otherwise from a combination of
magazine reviews and other high street stores' typical prices.
In all cases where there is a discount shown, the Regular Retail Price will have
been applied in at least one of our branches or online, for 28 consecutive days,
at some time within the previous six months.
Why aren't all "Internet Offers" cheaper than
your in-store prices?
Whilst we are very competitive on price, sometimes a product's availability is
so limited that offering further discounts would be counter-productive.
Are my credit card details secure?
Yes, your credit card details are secure - we use an advanced form of encryption
which means that your details can never be read by outsiders.
Why will you only deliver credit/debit card
purchases to my card's registered address?
This is one of the most effective ways of reducing fraud. By insisting that each
order is delivered to the address where the payment card is registered, we
ensure that cards cannot be used at Superfi Online to make purchases for anyone
but the card owner. Whilst other, less scrupulous suppliers may offer such a
facility, we feel that people would rather not have their card details used
fraudulently.
If you wish your order to be delivered to an alternate address, you can pay by
cheque or direct bank transfer by selecting the "offline order" option at the
checkout. In many cases it is also possible to arrange for your bank to add a
second address to your card's account.

How can I pay?
You can buy online using Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Amex, JCB,
Maestro, direct bank transfer or by cheque posted to Superfi, 2 Gauntley Court,
Ward Street, Nottingham NG7 5HD. Please allow an extra 10 working days for
cheques to clear. We do not process card payments until products are ready for
dispatch.
What if I live outside of the UK & Ireland?
Currently we do not accept orders from outside of the UK and Ireland.
Do you offer a VAT-Free service to exempt
territories?
Not at this time.
What if I wish to return my purchase?
If you are a consumer, you have a right to return products for any reason at all
provided that you notify us that you are going to do so within 7 working days
of receiving the products. Our Terms &
Conditions contain more
details of the terms that apply to this right.
If you wish to return defective products, you must comply with the returns
policy contained on our Terms & Conditions.
Before returning any products, you must keep them in your possession and must
take reasonable care of them. Please read our

If my products come with a warranty, can I
extend that warranty?
Yes you can, either at the time of purchase or within 28 days. Prices are listed
under the individual products and are amongst the most competitive around,
covering both parts and labour.
How do I make a complaint?
We do our very best to ensure that customers will not have a need to complain,
however if we should fail you for any reason, we want to hear about it. Send an

and we promise to respond within 5 working days. If you feel the response you
receive is unsatisfactory, please contact our
