I feel compelled to write to you because of the exemplary service I received from Mike in your Stockport branch. I work in Manchester so I went to visit your Bridge Street branch. I was helped by Mike (who was there for the day), who, within a few seconds, worked out exactly what I was looking for.

I wanted a hi-fi system to go with my Pioneer Kuro 5090. He suggested a range of options with pros and cons. It really felt like having an independent hi-fi adviser on my side. I was very impressed by his offer to set up the speakers so I could hear and decide for myself.

As I was on my lunch break I said I would come back. He informed me that someone else from that store would help on my return as he was only covering the branch for that day.

I found out Mike worked in the Stockport branch, and I went there with my two children one Saturday. Mike settled the kids with a film and set up two systems. After listening to the two I ended up buying the more expensive system, AV amp, plus all the accessories I needed. The service received was so good that buying elsewhere is no longer an option for me.
