From M1, come off at j1 and follow signposts onto dual carriageway for "Swiss Cottage" and "Finchley Road". Continue for ten minutes. At the top (Esso station on right corner), turn right onto Finchley Road. Carry on for another seven minutes until you join the one way system at Swiss Cottage. Keep to the left hand lane and turn left towards Camden Town. Carry on down until the bottom of the road (Chalk Farm tube station on the left) and turn right. Let the one-way system lead you to the left by the bridge at Camden Market and follow around to the right. At the lights take the third filter (slightly right) and stay in the right hand lane. Turn right at the traffic lights, follow past the Sainsburys on the right and follow the one-way system left. Stay in the left lane until the bottom of the road. Turn right just before the bottom into Bayham Place and park at the top of the ramp at the end of the street. Bang on the doors at the top of the stairs for attention or walk around to the front entrance.

Mornington Crescent tube station, Northern Line: Turn right out of the station and turn around the corner. Superfi is opposite, next door to the Camden Palace nightclub.
