I know that you quote between 3-10 days for delivery but my system was ordered at about 14.30 on Wednesday 11th and it arrived at 12.00 on Thursday 12th - less than 22 hours later !

I think the nice touch of the updating me about my order veer email (so I wasn’t left in the dark), is a fantastic idea. But the icing on the cake for me has got to be a hifi rack is no small item you don’t charge for delivery, and the item arrived the next day.
Your service is miraculous and in my eyes second to none, you have a customer for life. I shall be recommending you to all my mates who are as mad about hifi as I am.
