I would just like to tell you how impressed I am at your level of service.
I often find myself feeling let down by suppliers and services over simple things that you'd think would be very easy to get right so it's a real pleasure to find a company so on the ball.
I placed an order for some speakers on the 15th and as they are a surprise present for my husband I had to send a cheque immediately to get them delivered to my workplace. A week later seeing my online order tracking said you were still awaiting payment I wrote a rather distressed email to you to find out what was going on because I needed them to arrive before his birthday.
In response, a gentleman from your company, though I'm afraid I forgot to take his name, telephoned me the following evening to reasure me that my cheque had been recieved and that the order would shortly be dispatched.
I cannot tell you how relieved this simple gesture made me feel.
He said that it was just an error that the online tracking hadn't (and incidentally still hasn't) been updated to say payment recieved. Everyone knows that these sort of errors can occur but, in truth, the measure of company is in how well it deals with these errors when they do. In my opinion you have performed brilliantly.
I am now very pleased to say that my order has arrived safely, well within time, and I am now terribly excited about being able to present them to my husband as I know he will be thrilled!
So, thank you for stocking such good quality, well priced goods, thank you to your team for processing my order so efficiently and thank you most heartily to the gentleman who took the trouble to phone me.

Many many thanks for your wonderful service.
I've got a Sony gx3 dual format dvd recorder, multiregion for a brilliant price, delivered to my door just 2 days after ordering.
It seems a great machine, and I'm now able to view programmes I recorded on the Philips recorder which was so unreliable I got a refund after 6 weeks. I'd followed that with a Cambridge Audio recorder which, in addition to being faulty, also had a setup procedure from the dark ages, and only one scart!

What an incredible performance! I searched the internet for suppliers of this particular amplifier, only to find out it was out of stock, or stocks were erratic. Placed an order with another on-line site only to be rung up the next morning so they could tell me it was out of stock. At which point I cancelled the order and went back onto the net to discover Superfi.
Oh how I wish I'd found you quicker. About £20-30 less than all the other (out of stock) sites. Placed the order with you and a few hours later was informed it had been dispatched.
