The Sony DVP-NS708H is great value DVD player with a terrific feature count for the money.
Thanks to its HDMI connectivity, the DVPNS708H upscales video to 1080p, for the best picture possible on today's high definition televisions. This means that your DVDs will look better than ever before - but not just your DVDs! The DVPNS708H plays virtually any type of DVD, including those created on a computer. It also supports a host of formats including S/VCD, MP3 music, the popular DivX video format often shared on the Internet and JPEG photo files so you can view your holiday snaps in glorious high definition.
The single HDMI connection makes set-up really easy, but if you don't have an HDMI equipped TV there's also component video, SCART and composite video outputs. The DVP NS708H also features coaxial digital audio output for connection to an amplifier/receiver or surround sound system. The Bravia Sync system is also supported, allowing you to control the player using your compatible Sony Bravia television remote handset when connecting via HDMI.
