ARCAM AVR280
The Arcam brand is synonymous with audiophile quality performance and this 7.1 channel, HDMI equipped Arcam DiVA AVR280 home cinema receiver with integrated FM/AM tuner upholds the fine tradition.
Featuring a host of video connections including 2 switchable HDMI inputs and component video with upconversion from S-Video and composite video sources to component video, the AVR-280 will accommodate most devices and will act as the central hub of your home cinema system.
The AVR-280's superb acoustic performance is matched by the number for connections. Its 7.1 channel input ensures the 280 is ready and waiting for HD audio output from Blu-ray players and 6 digital inputs are also featured, along with subwoofer pre-out and second zone output. The amplifiers can be configured for a full-on 7.1 home cinema system, or 5.1 with the main channels biamped, for superior stereo performance, or even 5.1 whilst driving a second, stereo pair of speakers in another room.
