The Squeezebox consists of two devices - a compact receiver featuring analogue stereo and digital out - and a controller handset. Unlike many systems however, both devices are wireless enabled. The controller doubles as a remote control for the receiver and a portable player in its own right. At the top of the controller is a headphone socket, allowing you to plug-in and carry it around with you whilst streaming music from your computer or the Internet.

Connect the receiver to your stereo, hifi or active (amplified) speakers, follow the simple procedure to set-up the wireless network sharing and away you go...music from your computer or the Internet through your living room audio system. Choosing the albums and tracks you want to play using the controller is as easy as pie, you'll even be able to see the album's cover on the display.
