The Quad 11L Active Speaker is a bookshelf speaker with integrated amplifier. Featuring a 125mm (5") bass driver with 60 watt amplifier and a 25mm (1") tweeter with 40 watt amplifier and with separate terminals for low and high frequency inputs, the 11L active speakers certainly pack a mighty punch.
Being an active speaker means that the Quad 11L can be used not only with hifi equipment, but can also be connected directly to mixing desks, portable CD/MP3 players, games consoles or computers and, thanks to the internal bi-amped design, deliver superior performance.
