Thanks to Audyssey Bass XT and Dynamic EQ sound enhancement technology, the sound from the S-102 is excellent. Sound modes such as Dolby Pro Logic II and DTS Virtual create an immersive pseudo 5.1 surround sound from the 2.1 speakers. Devices such as Freeview boxes and satellite receivers can be connected to the S-102 so you can take advantage of the impressive speakers.
The Denon S102 also features Faroudja DCDi video processing and will upscale DVDs to 1080p - the best high-definition resolution, perfect for HD ready flatscreen televisions - so you can enjoy your DVD collection all over again in HD!
