The B&W DS3 Rear Speakers are part of B&W's highly-rated 600 loudspeaker range. The DS-3s are wall-mountable speakers designed for use as rear speakers in 5.1, 6.1 and 7.1 surround sound systems. The speakers can operate in both monopole or dipole mode, selectable by the front toggle switch. In both modes, impressive bass is generated by the 130mm Kevlar cone. This is accompanied by either the Nautilus 25mm aluminium dome tweeter in monopole mode, creating a sharp and precise sound, or the two angled 80mm side drive units in dipole mode, which results in a more diffuse, enveloping sound field.
Ideal for a discrete home cinema installation, the B&W DS3s are versatile, high-tech speakers which deliver an awesome, immersive surround sound field.
