The Denon AVR-1908 is a capable AV receiver with some very notable features. An 85 watts per channel amplifier sits at the heart of this 7 channel machine which can be configured for either 7.1 output, or 5.1 with bi-amped front outputs enabling superior stereo performance from bi-wireable speakers.
The AVR1908 features a host of video connections and features format conversion from all video inputs to HDMI, so you'll only need a single cable going to your TV. The AVR 1908 is also HD ready; capable of handling 1080p video and Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD (output as PCM) from Blu-ray/HD-DVD players. 7.1 preout connections are also featured allowing connection to an external amplifier
Audyssey MultEQ auto-microphone calibration and a user friendly on-screen display mean that setting up and fine tuning the AVR-1908 is a doddle. Just plug it in, turn it on and the system will take you through the setup procedure.
Featuring a smart design with aluminium front panel and volume knob, the AVR-1908 will look and sound great with any home audio/cinema system.
