CREEK EVO CD:
Creek's attention to detail and emphasis on genuine, sound-quality-enhancing design is embodied in the Evo CD player; their best value CD player to date.
They've combined a CD-ROM drive mechanism (which gives accuracy and future-proofing firmware upgradeability) with a high quality, Burr-Brown Digital to Analogue converter, ensuring fidelity of sound and full CD player specification.
CREEK EVO AMP:
The Creek Evo Amplifier is a remarkable design, delivering form AND function,
without scrimping on the most important ingredient in any good hifi – sound
quality.
An over-specced toroidal transformer delivers plenty of current to ensure that,
at low and high volumes, the Evo delivers a clean, undistorted, faithful signal
in to all types of speaker and still retains energy on tap for dramatic dynamics
and controlled soundstaging. High quality components, including an electronic
Burr-Brown volume controller and output stage ensures accuracy and clarity as
well as enabling full remote control operation without the need for noisy
motors.
All inputs are gold-plated for a long life and an optional plug-in phono board
gives you the choice to upgrade one of the Evo's auxiliary inputs for a quality
turntable,
using any of these Creek Phono Board options.
