The Pioneer DVR-LX60D is more than a premium hard disk DVD recorder; it's an advanced media centre that enables you to play, record and store almost every kind of media format.
You can rip CDs to the hard disk (at a high-speed rate of 6x), upload digital images or compressed audio files, from disc or PC via the front-in USB.
Copy and edit footage from your camcorder via the DVRLX60D's DV-in, and, if the need arises, you can even print images via a directly connected printer. It's a swift, simply way of integrating your PC into your living room where your favourite music, JPEGs and other files can be stored on the hard disk.
The DVRLX60D is multi-format, giving you quality playback and recording on every DVD format, including DVD-R dual and double layer. The 250GB hard disk means that you could get up to 711 hours of recording time stored.
Picture quality is another hallmark of the DVR-LX60D, which featueres High Definition upscaling up to 1080p via its HDMI output. You're guaranteed the highest viewing resolution, regardless of the source and your display.
The DVRLX60D has an integrated Freeview DVB-T tuner, for a wide selection of free television and radio services. If you use pay TV, you can plug your smart card directly into the CI slot; the benefit is that you no longer require an additional decoder box. And if you're watching TV, time becomes less of a challenge, too. You can pause live TV, or use Chase Play – which allows you to playback the programme you're recording, whilst you're recording the end!
Yet, despite all these advanced features, the Pioneer DVR-LX60D is easy to use; one straightforward remote gives you quick and easy access to all the functions you need.
