The NAD C325BEE is a direct upgrade of the Award-Winning C320BEE, and is very much its father's son. Great attention has been paid to improving sound quality and, thanks to improvements made higher up in the NAD range, many design and circuit innovations have trickled down to enhance this new design.
Technical improvements include several modifications to electronics in the signal path to further reduce distortion at all levels and deliver a truer performance. A new DC Servo eliminates sound colouring capacitors in the signal path, improving musical detail. It also features a unique noise cancelling circuit, a tweaked circuit layout to lower internal impedance and improved grounding for lower noise and distortion with improved channel separation. New surface mount integrated circuits and improvements to many other components further shorten signal paths and improve performance. Attention has also been paid to build, with a more rigid chassis, making the C325BEE stronger and less resonant.
In the feature count, a front minijack input enables easy connection of an iPod or other Media Player and pre out/power amp in connections bring the design right up-to-date whilst still retaining sensible features and the upgradeability of earlier models.
