The new Pure Evoke-3 works off the supplied mains supply or standard "C" batteries. The optional "ChargePAK" is a fit-and-forget rechargeable battery option which is topped up when the radio is plugged in to the mains, saving you the cost and inconvenience of replacing batteries and further extending the Evoke-3's portability.
The Pure Evoke 3 is a multi-function, multi-purpose radio, built to work all round the home or office. It picks up the latest DAB and FM services as well as offering playback of existing MP3 recordings via its SD-Card slot. An SD-Card can also be used to record live radio as well as enabling you to set up to twenty timer events for your favourite shows.
A multi-event alarm timer and 7 day Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) further enhance the convenience and flexibility of this astonishing radio.
