The Project 1 offers a host of
technical enhancements to deliver superior vinyl performance. A robust, single piece arm
(which is less prone to spurious resonance) is used and a thicker metal platter
(weight balanced to ensure even speed control) is employed. This gives a more
cohesive sound with a tighter, firmer bass and less surface noise is picked up
from the record. In addition, the "1" is delivered with a superior Ortofon
OM10 cartridge fitted - providing a cleaner more dynamic sound.
"Excellent value" was how What HiFi described it, before
furthering that it "Can't be faulted". "A bargain" said HiFi
World and HiFi Choice awarded it a "Best Buy" - Project are onto
another winner!
