The Panasonic DMR-E55 is a top-value, well-specified DVD Recorder.
DVD-R recording is ideal for playback in many ordinary DVD players and
DVD-RAM recording enables advanced trick play/record functions such as
"chase recording" which enables you to watch from the start of a
recording whilst the recorder continues to record the ending! Ideal for
both everyday time-shifting and digital video archiving. Choose from a variety of different quality settings
to give the optimal blend of storage and picture quality - the recorder
will even calculate the best picture quality:record length ratio for you
automatically based on the remaining disc space.
"As good as it gets for the money: the Panasonic is a star", What HiFi
Sound and Vision, June 2004. |
