Playback functions Group playback; all/track/shuffle/programme: repeat or once; bass and treble adjustments with two user-adjustable preset options; variable time display (elapsed/remaining track, remaining group, remaining disc), current date/time display; 6 band graphic equaliser, four preset tone settings, two user definable presets, six DSP modes (three stereo, three virtual surround), pitch (speed) control between -50% and +100 of normal speed, twenty disc personal memory store (saves equaliser, DSP, pitch, group, volume settings)
Recording functions Group mode recording enables easier track sorting; auto track-mark time stamp automatically breaks long recordings into tracks of between 1 and 99 minutes; manual or auto record level option; remaining record time display, record signal can be monitored through earphone socket; synchro recording; record level meter display on main unit; record date/time stamp option
Edit functions Label: track/disc/group, move: track within group/to different group/group, erase: track/disc/group, track: mark/erase, tracks: combine/divide.
PC Edit Functions Supplied software converts from wav/mp3/wma file to ATRAC for PC to MiniDisc transfer. Also allows arrangement, renaming and sorting of tracks stored on PC prior to "check-out" of tracks from PC to MD. Carries track info including title to unit during transfer.
